First day of School

Isobel's first day went well today. She was clearly up for it anyway, much more so than the last time we tried to send her to the nursery. She skipped all the way there, and as soon as we got through the doors she was off. The staff asked her if I could go and leave her and she just said "Go home Mum". Nice. Of course, tomorrow will be the real test, as she'll know what to expect. I am sure she will be fine though.

She does indeed look great - all grown up. Must be a relief that she was so up for it.

She looks lovely. :-)

So you only have Ryan being homeschooled now?

Glad you had a nice Christmas.

Thanks! She has taken to it like a duck to water. I'm sooo glad we waited and held off with the nursery last year now, she obviously wasn't ready.

Linda, yes we only have Ryan at home, mainly due to bullying. I'm glad to have a few hours every afternoon of peace now so that we can concentrate on schoolwork without Cbeebies blaring out in the background!
