Summer Solstice

It's Midsummer today, the longest day of the year. I'd rather be at Stonehenge right now than stuck in the office, but I'm going to force Pete to take me next year(I'm sure he'll love every minute of it! /end sarcasm).

Of course, it being the longest day means that the nights will start drawing in again, which I hate. I want it to stay warm and light all year. I wait all year for this bit, when the plants are growing and the days are warmer, and now we are at the pinnacle it's all down hill from here on in...boo!

It's like summer is trying to finish itself before it's done!
